The pedestrian edge line is specifically designed for material handling applications to provide a visual warning to pedestrians in the vicinity of mobile equipment. This light is intended to complement a 360° warning light by projecting a red boundary line on the ground on either side of the vehicle. This additional safety feature is especially useful where hidden corners (i.e., warehouse shelving) are present and likely to be seen by pedestrians who are not paying close attention to their surroundings.
