Lightning Rod Down Insulator on STZ30 and STZ30G Towers.

The Tower-Mounted Lightning Rod Drop Isolator is used to protect tower-mounted equipment such as antennas, CCTV cameras, radio frequency antennas, etc. from being damaged by an induction lightning strike.

It provides a separation of 6 to 7 cm between the tower and the drop cable, and can be used to house cables with a maximum gauge of 250 mcm.
