For firmware updates, please contact the Engineering department, as each antenna requires specific firmware, and uploading the wrong firmware may render the antenna unusable.

6B tag technology is being discontinued worldwide. Please take precautions regarding availability and we recommend that you migrate to EPCGEN2 protocol tag technology.

1.- The distance may vary depending on the conditions of the place or site and the type of tag.
2.-You must consider that other Tags installed in the vehicle may interfere with the reading, it is important to calibrate before installing.
3.-You should consider that in a typical installation you may require different types of tags depending on the vehicle.

4.- ACESSPRO readers and tags may not be compatible with other tags or readers from other brands.

5.- The most recent readers are second generation and are identified on the label with the legend Version 2. These new readers can only read EPCGEN2. They no longer support ISO 18000B.

6.- The use of a junction box is recommended to prevent ties and adhesions from being exposed to the outside. You can use the RFSOP and RFSOPT assemblies that include a junction box.

7.- Support is only provided for software supplied with the equipment or provided by SYSCOM, provided it uses the same database engine included. Any other implementation to other software or database versions is the responsibility of the integrator or developer in charge.
