NOTE: To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals (if applicable) must be included, along with all complete parts. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 5 days from the date you receive the product to report it. You must specify and support the claim with evidence.

Right of withdrawal: Applies with a maximum of 5 days to report it. To process a return, please note that the product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, tags, security seals, and all parts and/or accessories. No scratches or stains. Returns must be received only in optimal condition. The right of withdrawal will be automatically voided if the product has been used. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs, as we only cover the cost of the product.

Manufacturing defects: To file a report, you have a 30-day warranty for product operation and/or damage not related to its proper functioning.
