The MC200CM is a media converter designed to convert 1000BASE-SX fiber cable to 1000Base-T copper cable or vice versa. The MC200CM is designed to comply with IEEE802.3ab, 1000Base-T, IEEE802.3z, and 1000Base-SX standards. It can be used with multimode fiber cable using an SC connector. The MC200CM supports the shortwave (SX) laser specification at full transmission speed. It operates at 850 nm for both data transmission and reception.
