Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How many Hubs can I associate with the application?
    • You can associate 16 Hubs with the application, considering 16 locks per Hub you can have up to 256 locks in the application.
  • How many administrators does the application support and how many simultaneous users can be associated per HUB?
      • You can only have one administrator account, which can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.
  • How long does it take to change a password for a specific Hub?
    • There is a delay of less than a minute when registering a new guest.

  • How long does the battery last on each device?
    • With average use, the battery lasts approximately 1 year; with more than normal use, it can last up to 6 months. The lock gives an alarm when it is about to run out of battery, both locally and through the cell phone application.
  • Do you have a demo that I can access of the already installed app associated with Hub and smart locks?
    • At this time, there is no demo system; however, a basic system with one lock and one Hub would be necessary for testing.
  • Is all equipment management done through the application, or can it also be done through computer software or web access?
    • All administration is done through the mobile app; it's not possible through computer software or web access.
  • Can the system generate reports on opening and closing, pre-alarms or faults, for example, a device battery failure, and report them to the application and/or platform?
    • The system displays opening and closing usage records, whether by keypad, manual, or app. It also has push notifications that indicate the lock's status, whether it's open or closed. NOTE: This only indicates the status of the lock, not the door itself. If the door was forced in any way without modifying or forcing the lock, the app will not display it.
  • Is there a way to know if the door is open or closed? Does the device have a position sensor or magnetic status contact to differentiate between open and closed, and is this reflected in the app?
  • As mentioned in the previous question, the app does have the status of the lock, but not the door, even when there is a magnetic contact.
  • Do you have any presentation or video that I can present to my client?
