• Follow any of the following 2 steps if you want to reactivate an M2M device
• 1. Reactivate through the Administration Platform following this TIP
• 2. Reactivate via RControl application following this TIP
• If you want to reactivate a SIM25MB model SIM, you must contact engineering and share the invoice where the REACTIVAM2M comes from to help you with the voucher application.
• All that remains is to add the annual fee to your M2M VOUCHER1Y/VOUCHERTEM device, depending on the device. This last step is NOT performed by engineering. You can follow either of these two guides: via the APP or via the Platform. Or, if it is a 25MB SIM card, request engineering support to enter the corresponding annual fee (25MB RENEWAL).

With this service you can reactivate your M2M device so that you can add one more year of service.

NOTE: Once reactivated, the equipment's annual fee must be added. This can be done from the RControl/S365 application or from the M2M management platform directly by the customer/distributor.

NOTE 2. In the case of SIM25MB, the annual fee RENOVACION25MB must be added directly in the SYSCOM Engineering area.
