Conditions for returning a product.

To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable) must be included. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing Parts Warranties
Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty process, you have a maximum of 5 days to report it from the date of receipt of the product, through the platform, in which you must specify and justify the change with evidence (photos and videos of the condition of the product with its packaging and the photo or video of the receipt guide).

Law of withdrawal

· Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping and other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically annulled if the product was used or does not come in the same conditions as delivered, with its accessories, security seals, manuals and everything else involved.

Factory defects

To file a report, you have a 30-day warranty for product malfunction and/or damage not related to its proper functioning. It is important to provide evidence (video) showing that the product is not working, and this must be reported through the platform.

In cases of changes or returns of guarantees.

In cases where a warranty is approved for product malfunction or replacement, the original product must be sent to our warehouse. Once the product arrives, we will have 48 hours to return the product for replacement or repair.
