Symmetrical Sector Antennas
Symmetrical Horn TP antennas are scalar horn antennas with a symmetrical radiation pattern and a TwistPort ™ (TP) connector. Field-deployed since 2014, they address the key weaknesses of mainstream antenna technologies, providing excellent noise rejection, network scalability, and increased throughput.
Proven in tens of thousands of installations worldwide, symmetrical Horn TP antenna elements are the new standard for fast, sustainable wireless connectivity.

Single beam performance
Symmetrical Horn TP antennas have a unique shape and beam characteristics. The beam section is circular: the azimuth and elevation radiation angles are identical.
Without side lobes
Symmetrical horn TP antennas have no side lobes; they literally concentrate energy into a single main signal beam. This behavior saves the most important resource in wireless technology: spectrum. Thanks to these unique radiation properties, the radio receives and propagates significantly less noise compared to current main sector (panel) antennas.
The noise problem is directly related to the antenna's sidelobes, a fundamentally unavoidable feature of most competing products. Symmetrical horn-shaped antennas behave differently, being essentially "deaf" outside their main beam.
Broadband performance
The beam pattern does not vary with frequency or antenna gain; it is balanced over a very wide frequency range. These characteristics make symmetrical TP horn antennas excellent sector antennas.
Excellent gain across the spectrum

Coverage without null points
Mainstream antennas have a very wide radiation pattern in azimuthal cross-section but a very flat pattern in elevation cross-section. If an AP is too high, clients that are too close will suffer from a weak AP signal.
Allows co-location of channels
Symmetrical TP horn antennas feature naturally attenuated sidelobes and extremely low background radiation. Symmetrical TP horn antennas are ideal for high-density cluster sector installations with high co-location requirements. The wide selection of beam angles enables a wide range of deployment scenarios, covering long-distance sectors.

Innovative scalability
Symmetrical TP horn antennas offer broad scalability for wireless systems. Their unique beamforming performance and excellent colocation characteristics enable higher sector density than traditional sector technology.
Symmetrical TP horn antennas come with precise radiation angles, ranging from 30 to 90 degrees: a wide range of models suitable for any situation.
TwistPort TM connector
Symmetrical TP horn antennas feature our industry-changing TwistPort ™ connector, a quick-locking waveguide port. TwistPort ™ is virtually lossless: with antennas built according to our reference design, there are no coaxial RF connectors or RF cables to cause signal loss. Connecting radios is incredibly simple: 'twist and lock', all done with one hand!
Cross-platform compatibility
Our wide range of TwistPort TM adapters allows you to connect the most popular connectorized radios from other vendors, such as Ubiquiti Networks TM , Mimosa TM , MikroTik TM or Cambium etworks TM , directly to any TwistPort TM compatible antenna.

Compact size
Symmetrical TP horn antennas are very compact, occupying only 20-25% of the footprint of traditional sector antennas. This compact size saves tower rental fees and makes it possible to install symmetrical TP horn antennas in locations where regular sector antennas would not be permitted due to their shape and size.

Easy installation
Symmetrical TP horn antennas come pre-assembled and ready for immediate deployment. Installation is very easy and requires only one tool.

Robust and Durable

Unique features of the support
The new, improved bracket allows for easy left or right pole mounting. There's no need to reverse the radome as with Gen 1 antennas. For convenient and secure installation on thinner tubes, reverse the bracket clamp.
Improved screws
Seven different angles of radiation
Generation 2 symmetrical TP horn antennas offer a wide selection of seven different beam angles, covering 30°–90° in 10° increments. This world-unique feature allows network installers to follow the golden rule of wireless networks: choose the right antenna for the job.
