8 Zone Remote Expansion Card.
The ZEX508 is a remote zone expansion card designed for the FORCE security system. It allows you to add eight zone inputs to the eight zones of the FORCE panel.
The ZEX508 is supplied assembled in a standard plastic case. It has two flashing LEDs: RUN, which indicates the card is operating correctly, and BUS, which indicates the card is communicating over the BUS.
The expander has a tamper switch to detect the opening of its enclosure, and a buzzer to help the technician locate it on the premises.
The ZEX508 can be powered by the PS-2 power supply, which provides indications for AC loss and low battery states.
