The ultimate antenna for long links in high noise environments
UltraHorn™ TP antennas are highly directional scalar horn antennas. They offer all the benefits of scalar horn antennas: ultra-high noise rejection, lossless radio connectivity, and symmetrical transmission without sidelobes. These unique radiation characteristics make them excellent antennas for establishing long-distance links in high-noise environments.
Definitive rejection of noise
UltraHorn™ TP antennas have no sidelobes, allowing them to reject noise. Sidelobes are directly related to noise: radios transmit and also receive interference from all directions. The sidelobes of traditional antennas are enormous, sometimes nearly half the size of the main lobe, and therefore have a huge impact on the antenna's overall performance. UltraHorn™ TP antennas receive significantly less noise, allowing them to perform remarkably well in noisy environments.
No loss
Compatible with the TwistPort™ connector, a patent-pending, quick-assemble waveguide port.
Connectors or coaxial cables are no longer required, making the connection virtually lossless.
Connecting the radio is made brilliantly simple – “twist and assemble” – all with one hand!
