What is TPA-SMA?

The TwistPort Adapter (TPA) adapts third-party radios to the RF elements ® patented TwistPort TM waveguide connector. We typically provide custom-designed TPAs ​​for specific third-party radios, following their shape and connector configuration. Custom-designed TPAs ​​allow for the best RF performance, minimal RF loss, and an excellent user experience. Not all radios are capable of accommodating custom-designed TPAs. They may be too bulky, too heavy, or we simply don't know about them. For these radios, we create TPAs ​​that provide an RP-SMA male connector interface.
