Multifunctional Silicone Adhesive for Scars

Silicone Scar Removal Tape contains a silicone composition designed for scar repair. Its use helps accelerate healing, resulting in thinner, smoother, and less red scars. It also protects scars from UV damage, reduces melanin deposition, and maintains beautiful skin. This patented silicone supports hydrated scar tissue and healthy skin, mimicking the natural barrier function. After proper cleansing, each sheet can be cleaned and reused for up to 2 weeks.

When the silicone sticker becomes difficult to clean or stick, it should be replaced with a new one. Instructions for Use: Clean and dry the scar, then cut the sheet into the appropriate size and shape for the scar, remove the backing, and stick the sticky side to the scar. It's so simple and so effective.

Conditions for returning a product.

To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable) must be included. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing Parts Warranties

Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt of the product to report it through the platform. You must specify and justify the incident with evidence (photos and videos of the product's condition with its packaging and a photo or video of the receipt guide).

Law of withdrawal

· Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping and other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically annulled if the product was used or does not come in the same conditions as delivered, with its accessories, security seals, manuals and everything else involved.

Factory defects

To file a report, you have a 30-day warranty for product malfunction and/or damage not related to its proper functioning. It is important to provide evidence (video) showing that the product is not working, and this must be reported through the platform.

In cases of changes or returns of guarantees.

In cases where a warranty is approved for product malfunction or replacement, the original product must be sent to our warehouse. Once the product arrives, we will have 48 hours to return the product for replacement or repair.
