The RK-AMP500 features built-in protection against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, and short circuits. For example, when the internal temperature reaches a critical limit, the overheat protection circuit shuts down the power amplifier module and activates the protection indicator light on the front panel. The RK-AMP500 can automatically detect power supply errors during operation. A built-in fuse provides overcurrent protection for the main power supply. In the event of a main power failure, the backup power supply (24 V DC) is activated.
