How Does It Work? Summary

  • Model in which annual licenses (MID-SUBT-100) are purchased by an ORGANIZATION and assigned to a USER via email.
  • The owner of the portal at all times is the end user.
  • Each USER is assigned MOBILE IDENTITIES (virtual cards) through the ORIGO portal.
  • MOBILE IDENTITIES are cryptographically secure virtual objects hosted in the MOBILE ACCESS application. They contain the access control programming (format, site code, and card number) and create a digital certificate linking them to the smartphone, which are non-transferable.
  • ANNUAL LICENSES may change USERS as many times as necessary during the contract period, staff rotation or visitor control is considered.
  • In the event of loss, theft, or reset of your smartphone, you can renew your mobile ID free of charge while your license is active, using a new card ID. Credential numbers are not recycled.
  • The portal is created with a minimum of 20 licenses. ORIGO Web Portal

How is the Portal Created?

  1. When the customer decides to purchase the cards, the end user must create a new portal. How to create a portal.
  2. What information does SYSCOM require to deliver virtual cards? After creating your account on the portal, it will provide two essential pieces of information for processing the order:
    • Mobile Keyset
    • Organization ID
    • It is essential to indicate the format, site code, and card number, just as a physical card will be processed (remember that programming is customized to your needs). Please fill out the following form.
    • All purchases of this model through this portal are subject to the submission of the necessary information to process the purchase. There are no direct purchases on the portal, as these are custom-programmed.
    • The licenses will be automatically delivered to you on the portal you created a few days after the purchase is complete. Delivery time may vary from 5 to 10 days depending on availability.

Annual Renewals

Must be provided:

  • Mobile Keyset (MOB or Elite)
  • Organization ID.
  • To order, you must specify the format, site code, and card number. Please fill out the following form.
  • How to find data in your existing portal?
  • Note: For amounts different from the original contract and untimely renewals, the MIDSUBT100ADD model must be considered; in these cases, prorated prices are considered. If the portal has not been renewed within 90 days of its expiration, the contract will be terminated and the portal will be closed, resulting in the permanent loss of the cards.
