Conditions for returning a product.

To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging, and include all documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable). In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing Parts Warranties

Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 2 days to report it from the date of receipt of the product through the platform. You must specify and justify the incident with evidence (photos and videos of the product's condition with its packaging and a photo or video of the receipt guide).

Law of withdrawal

· Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping and other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer.
