Panduit TX6A Field Termination Tool for Flat or Angled Connectors

The Category 6A UTP field-terminating RJ-45 connector is an easy-to-connect plug for unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cable. Providing Category 6A performance, it is backward compatible with Category 5e and 6 systems on 22 to 26 AWG conductors. The plug is available in straight and angled versions and utilizes the TG termination tool to optimize performance and maintain proper cable geometry.

• Cat6A/Class EA Performance: Exceeds ANSI/TIA 568-C.2 Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA minimum performance requirements for two field termination connections. Exceeds TIA MPTL testing requirements with a maximum of two field termination connections.
• Cable Compatibility: Compatible with 4-pair, 22 to 26 AWG solid or unshielded twisted pair (UTP) stranded cable with 1.52 mm conductor diameter and 5.08 to 8.38 mm overall wire diameter.
