Low Pressure Solar Boiler with 18 High-Strength Vacuum Tubes and 180 L Food-Grade Stainless Steel Water Heater, Resistant to Hail up to 25 mm/L, Includes Magnesium Anode

Low-pressure solar water heaters are the best solution for saving on everyday fuels such as LP gas and natural gas, which generate large amounts of pollutants and are very expensive. Their application ranges from residential homes, businesses, restaurants, gyms, recreational parks, hotels, industries, and any facility that requires hot water service.

Content

  • It has a 180 L thermo tank
  • Vacuum tubes
  • Stainless steel structure
  • Sufficient hardware for installation
  • Magnesium anode
  • Packaging

In these diagrams, the property's water pressure will be the pressure obtained by the kinetic energy of the storage tank. In all installations, the water storage tank must be at a higher level than the solar boiler. A minimum height difference of 1.2 meters is recommended. (Does not include any installation accessories; only all tank parts, glass tubes, and the heater's metal structure.)

  2. Water vent. 1/2" Female x 25mm Stainless Steel (SUS304)
  3. Hot water outlet. 3/4" male x 35mm stainless steel (SUS304)
  4. Maintenance outlet. 3/4 female stainless steel (SUS304)
  5. Copper plug for water drainage and equipment maintenance. 3/4 Male

Considerations and Precautions

  • DO NOT INSTALL WITHOUT A WATER TANK AT HOME, AS THIS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE WATER HEATER, CAUSING WATER LEAKS.
  • Images may vary slightly from the physical product.
  • Handle with care, avoid removing any protection during transport and handling.
  • Take special care when handling glass tubes, they are extremely delicate, do not throw, stir, or hit them.
  • Transfer or handling of boiler components between two people.
  • It is recommended to regularly clean the boiler's water inlets and outlets, as well as its vent inlet, to prevent corrosion damage (remove scale that accumulates on the inlets) every 3 months.
  • In areas with very salty water, it is recommended to maintain and replace the magnesium rod in the unit every three months. It is necessary to drain all residues from the water heater or evacuated pipes. You can use descaling liquid or a mixture of 50% water and 50% vinegar, and rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Anchor the boiler legs before filling with water.
