4mm Sensor Cable per meter/ Fibersensys

Immune to the effects of EMI, magnetic fields, radio frequency transmissions, and lightning, the fiber optic sensor cable is a patented multimode cable designed to optimize the effects of vibration and pressure on light conductance. Rugged, durable construction ensures the cable survives exposure to harsh weather conditions associated with outdoor deployment.

Used in conjunction with an alarm processing unit, the sensor cable forms a complete intrusion detection system. Two sensor cable versions are available: SC-3, a 3-millimeter diameter cable for fencing and interior applications, and SC-4, for buried applications.

The SC-3 sensor cable requires insertion into flexible conduit before deployment for fence line applications. The SC-4 sensor cable can be buried directly without the use of conduit. The sensor cable has uniform sensitivity, meaning it is uniform along its entire length.
