How to buy HID cards?

All HID cards are custom programmed so additional information must be provided.

• It is essential to process any purchase order:
• For open formats:
  • Format: Confirm that it is H10301, that is, 26 bits.
  • Site Code (Site Code / Facility Code): (0 to 255, if it is 26-bit H10301 format).
  • Consecutive (range): The numbering that the cards will have (Between 0-65535 if it is 26 bits H10301).
• You can fill out the following form and send it to your sales representative to process your request.
• At SYSCOM, we have specialized equipment for programming H10301 cards. Once the information has been submitted and the purchase order placed, the approximate delivery time is 3 days, with exceptions where otherwise confirmed by your executive.
• In formats other than H10301 (26 bits) it is necessary to request validation and delivery time from the engineering department.
• For corporate formats, the minimum purchase is 100 pieces. You must quote MC-1000 and follow the process described there.
• Any variation in the model or format, the estimated delivery time is 3 weeks.
• All purchases of this model through this portal are subject to the submission of the necessary information to process the purchase.
• It is recommended that if you have an existing card, you send it to SYSCOM for identification prior to purchase.
