HX-80N Series

To adapt to terrain gradients, the HX-80N's clamp can be rotated horizontally 180 degrees and tilted vertically up and down. With the included caps and plates, the HX-80N can be installed to mask the widest or shortest range, allowing you to focus solely on the area of interest.

Not all outdoor terrain is flat like most indoor environments. Steep slopes can negatively impact capture performance. The included adjustable stand allows the HX to maintain optimal capture performance.

Fins for long distance limit

To adjust the long detection range, adjust the upper and lower fins. The HX series features excellent capture performance. The most important element in a reliable outdoor detector is the accuracy to distinguish a human from a small animal. The unique onboard pyro element allows the HX to project an ideal detection pattern, enabling more accurate human detection and fewer false alarms.

Short-range masking plates

To adjust the short detection range, place the masking plates. By using our dual-conduction shielding, visible light interference and RFI can be blocked.

HX80N - The PIR with high detection range

The HX-80N PIRs are mounted between 2.5 and 3 metres high and offer reduced volumetric outdoor intrusion detection up to 24 m . The HX-80N series is ideal for protecting alleyways, areas along fences or the immediate approaches to a building. It is designed to distinguish between people and small to medium-sized pets, significantly reducing the risk of false alarms. The HX-80N is the standard hardwired model, compatible with any alarm panel .
