Sound monitoring: Send 666 to alarm phone; GPS track: Send 777 to alarm phone, the phone will receive geographic position and map link.; Trajectory positioning: Send 102 to alarm phone; Delete memory card content: Send 445 to alarm phone; Restart phone: Send 999 to alarm phone, start success after 1 minute; Reset phone: Send 444 to alarm phone.

NOTE: To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals (if applicable) must be included, along with all complete parts. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 5 days from the date you receive the product to report it. You must specify and support the claim with evidence.

Right of withdrawal: Applies with a maximum of 5 days to report it. To process a return, please note that the product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, tags, security seals, and all parts and/or accessories.
