- Request activation of the annual license by contacting engineering and providing the M2M platform username + the invoice number where the SW-MODEM-M2M model is located.
- Configure it following the steps described in the installation manual .
- Configure the remote programming software as appropriate ( Compass , DLS , DL900 )
M2M software enables remote uploads and downloads from panels. It helps installers make configuration changes or download event history from the panel remotely .
NOTE : If the communicator is one of the MN series (mini012g, mini014gv2, mn02ltem), then an additional MN01RNGR module is required.

Remote programming is very simple; just connect the devices and follow a few simple steps on the alarm panel to accept the remote programming, and that's it!
With this, we can now make changes to our alarm panel remotely, avoiding transportation costs and reducing service times.
