The Optex OS-12C active infrared safety beam system is compatible with any type of automatic door. Its control box and beam heads are designed for easy and simple installation, while meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Easy to install amplifier

The Optex OS-12C amplifier features screwless cable terminals, which speed up installation. Pressing the "Teach-In" button provides the appropriate sensitivity and self-corrects crossed wires. One amplifier drives one or two pairs of sensor heads.

Security

For maximum safety, the amplifier is designed to be fail-safe, ensuring that the doors remain open in the event of a component failure. Two LED indicators flash upon initial power-up to warn the installer if the OS-12C is misaligned or if sensitivity is insufficient.

Multifunctional design

The compact design and standard 15 mm beam heads make the OS-12C model compatible with any type of gate and easy to maintain. Optional mounting accessories allow for flush or recessed installation. A reflector kit is also included for simplified wiring. This safety beam is optimal for use with any sliding gate, including railway gates and automatic fences.
