• What are the different types of licenses available for the DS-KD9633-WBE6 or DS-KV9503-WBE1 ?
  • Two licenses for video intercoms, 1 year or lifetime , HC-Intercom/1Room/1Y and HCINTERCOM/1ROOM/LIFETIME .

• Maximum licenses per computer?
  • Unlimited according to user needs

• Are the licenses per apartment?
  • Each license supports one apartment, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. If the number exceeds 6, a shared account can be created for unlimited additional people.

• Are they free? If so, until what date? If not, please provide the cost.
  • The Free Wireless Video Intercom License promotion is for projects invoiced before December 31, 2024. Once delivered and activated before this date, the license is free for life. Starting January 1, 2025, license fees will be charged based on the number of apartments in the project.
