Does your product have any new features we should report?

Once you receive your product, you have a maximum of 4 days to report any missing or broken parts or any other issues to Support. After 4 days, the warranty is void. Returns will only be accepted with proof of the number stamped on the packaging.

Wasn't it what you expected?

The right of withdrawal applies. For returns, please note that the product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, tags, security seals, and all parts and/or accessories. No scratches or stains. Returns must be received only in optimal condition. The right of withdrawal will be automatically void if the product has been used. Once received and inspected, the money will be refunded. Within 30 days, you must cover the shipping costs.
