It is an easy, fast, and highly effective way to increase traction on steps, walkways, and other surfaces requiring anti-slip properties. Suitable for indoor or outdoor applications. Instructions: Ensure the surface you wish to apply the tape to is dry and free of dirt and grime. Sand or scrape to leave a clean surface if necessary. Cut the tape to the desired length. Remove the backing paper from the adhesive side of the tape and apply it to the surface. Use firm pressure during application to achieve a strong fit.

Conditions for returning a product.

To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable) must be included. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing Parts Warranties
Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt of the product to report it through the platform. You must specify and justify the incident with evidence (photos and videos of the product's condition with its packaging and a photo or video of the receipt guide).

Law of withdrawal

· Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping and other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product. The right of withdrawal will be automatically annulled if the product was used or does not come in the same conditions as delivered, with its accessories, security seals, manuals and everything else involved.

Factory defects

To file a report, you have a 30-day warranty for product malfunction and/or damage not related to its proper functioning. It is important to provide evidence (video) showing that the product is not working, and this must be reported through the platform.

In cases of changes or returns of guarantees.

In cases where a warranty is approved for product malfunction or replacement, the original product must be sent to our warehouse. Once the product arrives, we will have 48 hours to return the product for replacement or repair.
