Conditions for returning a product.

To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the original packaging is in good condition. All documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable) must be included. The return guide must also be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Warranties for Missing Parts

Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty process, you have a maximum of 5 days to report it from the date of receipt of the product, through the platform, in which you must specify and justify the change with evidence (photos and videos of the condition of the product with its packaging and the photo or video of the receipt guide).

Law of withdrawal

· Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping and other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product. Factory defects
