IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

--All brands of liquid soap can be filled in this automatic foaming soap dispenser, but we highly recommend using genuine liquid soap for best results.

-- We do not suggest using any thick liquid.

There's really no strict ratio to use, but mixing foaming hand soap with water in a 1:2 ratio is a good place to start, and you can adjust from there based on your preferences.

--Please check whether the batteries are installed correctly.

And try reinstalling new batteries seconds later!

--To clean, wipe the dispenser with a damp cloth, but DO NOT immerse in water or use in the shower.
