Total Connect Remote Services is a suite of advanced services that connects directly to a Honeywell control panel using an AlarmNet communications solution.

Remote services include viewing the status or controlling the alarm system via a PC or other web-enabled device and allowing you to receive email or text notifications of selected events. Remote services are available using any GSM, Internet, or iGSM-compatible device.

Total Connect Video (TCV) services can be used in conjunction with remote services or standalone. TCV does not require a security system or security communications device to operate. TCV requires an AlarmNet account and is activated during account setup.
TCV can use IP cameras provided by AlarmNet, a WAP (Wireless Access Point) option, or conventional non-IP cameras with an ACU (Analog Camera Unit). IP cameras and ACUs can connect directly to the local router using WPS (WiFi Protected Setup). A total of six cameras can be used per account. Camera viewing is done through the Total Connect user site. Total Connect and TCV service customers use the same Total Connect login credentials.

Each camera has video analytics and can be configured on the Total Connect website to receive email-based video clips based on certain events and times of day.

Note: Requires Total Connect service payment.

With the VISTA48LA panel in Total Connect, Partition 3 can only be used as a Common Area.
