- In case of firmware updates, please contact the Engineering department, since each antenna requires a specific firmware and loading an incorrect firmware may render the antenna unusable.
Grades:
- Distance may vary depending on site conditions and tag type.
- You should consider that other tags installed in the vehicle may interfere with the reading, so it is important to calibrate before installing.
- You should consider that in a typical installation you may require different types of tags depending on the vehicle.
- ACCESSPRO readers and tags may not be compatible with other tags or readers from other brands.
- The most recent readers are second generation and are identified on the label with the legend Version 2 ; these new readers can only read EPCGEN2. ISO 18000B is no longer supported.
- The use of a junction box is recommended to prevent ties and adhesions from being exposed to the outside. You can use the RFSOP and RFSOPT assemblies that include a junction box.
- Support is only provided for software supplied with the equipment or provided by SYSCOM, provided it uses the same database engine included. Any other implementation to other software or database versions is the responsibility of the integrator or developer in charge.
