WARRANTY

Does your product have any new features we should report?

Once you receive your product, you have a maximum of 4 days to report any missing or broken parts or any other issues to Support. After 4 days, the warranty is void for this reason. If you ordered two or more units, it is ESSENTIAL to send a photo of the packaging (cardboard, bubble wrap, and film as it arrived). Without this evidence, missing items will not be processed.

Wasn't it what you expected?

The right of withdrawal applies. For returns, please note that the product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, tags, security seals, and all parts and/or accessories. No scratches or stains. Returns must be received only in optimal condition. The right of withdrawal will be automatically void if the product has been used. Once received and inspected, the money will be refunded. Within 30 days, you must cover the shipping costs.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the warranty for product operation and/or damage not related to misuse.

To make the return effective, the product must be delivered properly protected, taking care of the condition of the original packaging, including all documents and/or manuals (if applicable) and the complete parts, security seals
