The SXT AC is a new addition to our 802.11ac product line. Two models are currently available: the standard 28-degree antenna, and the SA model with a 90-degree sector antenna. It also supports 802.11a/n mode and is backward compatible with all legacy RouterBoard devices, including Nstream nv2 and Nstream nv2 protocols. Both devices come with a Gigabit Ethernet port.

New products are supported, for example, you can replace your legacy 5 GHz 802.11a/n Access Point with new 802.11ac products and your existing clients will still be able to connect to it.
