The NetBox is a dual-chain outdoor client device with RP-SMA antenna connectors and a cable jacket for moisture protection. This device supports the new 802.11a/n/ac standard for higher wireless speeds (866 Mbps data rate and 20/40/80 MHz channels).
The case can be opened with one hand and is protected from the elements. Ethernet outputs and a grounding cable are located on the bottom, behind a protective door.
It comes with a mounting loop for tower/pole mounting, and a separate DIN rail mount is also provided. The package also includes a PoE injector and a power supply.
New products are backward compatible; for example, you can replace your legacy 5GHz 802.11an access point with a new 802.11ac product and your existing clients will still be able to connect to it.
