Conditions for returning a product.

To process a return, the product must be properly protected, ensuring the condition of the original packaging. All documents and/or manuals and accessories (if applicable) must be included. In addition, the return guide must be marked DELIVERED for the return to proceed.

Missing Parts Warranties

Missing parts or broken, damaged, or dented products: To complete a warranty claim, you have a maximum of 5 days from the date of receipt of the product to report it through the platform. Law of withdrawal

· Law 1480 of 2011/ To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the supplier in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping and other costs involved in the return are the responsibility of the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days, counted from the delivery of the product.
